Shopee is the worst shopping site ever. They literally do not want my money. Every time I try to order something, I get to the checkout, place the order, and always get an error message. What an absolutely terrible site. I always use Lazada now.
A big conman. They refused to refund for goods return, by simply stating the amount is refunded. The maths doesn’t add up. Despite many times calling them, they did not resolve the matter at all. Big time cheat. Same happened to the coins used to reduce the Purchase price, they simply fail to refund that one too….. I’m sick tired of their tactics!
I join the many unsatisfied customers, Shopee never admit its wrongdoing and says this after a wrong item is delivered. : The order failed to be sent because the COD - Check Past Order had been opened, and the recipient refused D04019. I waited 1 month for a guitar amplifier at 1550Bht...received a small, cheap wrist watch, the delivery guy asked me to open the little package, from their writings it looks that is my fault VERY HYPPOCRITICAL
Shopee is the epitome of SEA INCOMPETENCE. Absolutely dysfunctional experience just like everything else in the countries its offered in. Shopee goes the extra length to make their experience so unpleasant that no citizen of a rich first world nation would ever want to use the platform again. In fact, its nearly impossible to even spend first world dollars on the platform.
They do not care about Sellers anymore. Please heed this warning for new sellers. Everything is in favour of the buyer Dont like it - too bad send it backDont want it anymore - too bad send it backShopee fails to deliver? - too bad send it back Shopee expects lightning fast order processing (or dumdeedum, penalities) but, any mistake they make is also your problem. Sellers have no way to contact Buyers - no phone, no complete address, no email. Shopee / SPX can fail to deliver, provide no evidence, and send you back a smashed up box. Compensation? Zero and Zero. Buyers can pick whatever incoherent reason to send something back Compensation for time, packing, processing, restocking? Zero and Zero. Comissions? Oh god - up and up and up and up The new *compulsory* 2% ad fee2% of your orders are skimmed and neatly marketed as "Ad Growth Plan" Your earnings are redirected to Shopee Ads, and you must spend on ads, even if you dont want toIf everyone is spending on ads = nobody spending on ads Until the minimum bids for frontpage become astronomical Who wins? Shopee Who loses? Sellers
Absolutely horrible experience.Ordered a sofa bed.They delivered a wrong sized bed and cracked wooden planks on delivery.Told the seller about it and they delivered the next day a coffee table.Told the seller about it and delivery called me the next day and said they are delivering a table to me and collecting the wrong items. I told them I never ordered any table and not to deliver.Told the seller I want to cancel all my orders and asked him to stop delivering. He refused.The next day delivery took all the previous items and delivered a parcel with SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AND SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDRESS.I called shoppee to cancel the order and take back everything. Shoppee arranged a pickup and guess what? The track number shoppee gave and the delivery track number were different. The proof of return was invalid because BOTH numbers were invalid. WTH!I've been calling Shoppee daily because of this and I'm still waiting for the cancellation and refund as of now.JUST ONE ITEM and so much nonsense!
