Review Time
It took a while to arrive, and they aren't very responsive to emails, but they eventually reassured me, and the consoles arrived shortly after. They are lovely devices, comfortable to hold, have a great screen, and are packed with excellent games. I'm excited to use it on an upcoming trip.
The device has been excellent. It has a decent battery life, and about 95% of what I wanted is included, plus many others I hadn't thought about in years. No major glitches so far. I've been using it during my morning commute, and it provides great enjoyment at a reasonable price.
I ordered a handheld on 11th November and still haven't received it. No one is responding to my three emails or messages left on the website. I have a tracking number, but there's no information. I'll be reclaiming my money from the bank; I will never use this company again.
This company is extremely disappointing. If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered weeks ago and still haven't received my item. I've sent numerous emails inquiring and chasing, but have received absolutely no communication back. Avoid this place; it's a complete scam.
If I could give them zero I would.Ordered weeks ago, still not here. Been with royal mail for over 2 weeks, still no updates. Emailed twice and been ignored. Been told its on its way and to wait 7 days. I've waited, and nothing. Now an additional 10 days. Contacted again on Instagram been told the same story twice, obviously just a prewritten statement. Disgusting to be honest. Paid for shipping protection, yet not willing to send another out. Avoid
Awful service. Paid for 1-3 days shipping and it’s now been 3 weeks!. They initially refunded the shipping after moaning multiple times on socials as they were ignoring me and since have fobbed me off with excuses. I’m now chasing for a full refund as I still don’t have the product!. Easier AND cheaper to buy one off SHEIN!
I ordered 2 of these about a month ago, it is still showing as not received by the Royal Mail on the Royal Mail website, but on game labs website it shows they have sent it to the delivery company (Royal Mail). I have sent 2 emails asking for help to get this resolved with no reply and I have no been blocked by their Facebook page as I can no longer see it. This is a total scam, my only saving grace is I bought them with my credit card so I will be claiming this back.
Ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not arrived. I have been told to wait and wait, Royal Mail hasnt even noted as recieving the item and thats been like that for 2 weeks. And now im not getting anywhere with a response. Blaming surge of orders, yet if you cznt handle whats been ordered you shoukdnt still be advertising the same deal
