Like many others have mentioned, the service is extremely poor. I placed an order four weeks ago and haven't received any updates. Attempts to reach out for support have gone unanswered. I'm hoping my order arrives unexpectedly, but it feels like a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller!
One star is too generous; it deserves a zero. I placed an order for one of these consoles on November 15th and received an email confirming it was "on its way" on the 20th. Now, 15 days have passed (with a promised shipping time of 2-8 days) and I still haven't received it. I've emailed twice without a reply and when I called the number listed on the website, it was an automated system asking me to leave my name, phone number, and message, promising a callback. They even have the nerve to send emails for promotions and express gratitude for my loyalty, yet they can't respond to my inquiries. I've filed a claim with my bank to retrieve my money. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I’m giving this 4 stars as the purchasing experience could use some enhancement. For the price of £39.99 at the time of purchase, I find it to be a fantastic value. The device works well for me, especially for playing arcade games. I do plan on getting an external controller since the built-in controls are somewhat small, and it’s easy to accidentally activate the menu during gameplay. I also wish it had HDMI output. The reason for losing a star is the delivery time, which took around 3 weeks, despite receiving tracking information early on. It seems the seller might source these from overseas, customize them, and then ship. They could have been overwhelmed with orders or faced delays in shipping. I did have some concerns after seeing negative reviews, but with a bit of patience, the device eventually arrived. I would appreciate more transparency regarding shipping delays and realistic shipping estimates on their website, as well as a couple of emails acknowledging the delay.
I placed an order for 2 devices 6 weeks ago, and they still haven't arrived. I've sent multiple messages to the support team and have not received a reply. These items were meant as birthday gifts, and I'm worried that I've been deceived.
I was really worried this was a scam. I ordered on 05 November 2025, and by 27/11/2025 nothing had arrived. I emailed for an update and received no response, which made me anxious. Then, I got an email 2 days ago saying it had been lost but was now on its way, and it finally arrived today, 02/12/2025, via Royal Mail. Two consoles came fully charged, and my husband will love his Christmas gift. I tested Crash Bandicoot before wrapping it, and it works perfectly!
I paid for express shipping after reading the reviews, but it made no difference. I received a tracking number 10 days ago, but it still shows 'expecting your parcel' with no updates from the company. I've emailed four times and tried calling with no response. If only they invested as much in customer service as they do in advertising.

I reached out to the company 7 days ago and haven't heard back. I'm getting the usual update that it has been dispatched, but nothing has changed in 9 days. I'm trying to request a refund through my bank, but I can't until 14 days have passed since my email. I wish I had checked reviews before making this purchase; I will definitely do so in the future.
The product is fantastic, very user-friendly, and considering the price along with the number of games and nostalgia, it's an incredible deal. However, the shipping was quite poor. If I were to rate just the shipping, it would be 0 stars. It took about 6 weeks for my product to arrive, so be ready for a wait before enjoying the fun.
