Placed an order Feb 6th, still havent received the item over a month ago despite 7-15 day shipping time, tracking hasnt updated since Feb 7th. No responses on any emails given on website. Contacted on Facebook to which they requested my order number about a week ago which I gave straight away and not a response. Seems they've replied to everyone's complaint by saying get In touch with your order number but hows that possible when they dont respond

Ordered a console from them on 2nd February. After a week had passed, my tracking number could not be found and the company did not reply to my email enquiring as to why this has happened.

Consoole was due to arrive within 10-15 working days and I have had no communication regarding this at all.

I bought four consoles in November they were supposed to be 15-day shipping the items didn't ever show up until January. I had reached out multiple times and received no response. I finally had to put a stop pay on my payments, and that's when I finally received a response. The items showed up in January. They are cheap knockoffs, two of them the buttons don't even work. This is a grimy company you should stay far away from.

Received mine after Christmas (said it would arrive before). The console constantly crashes and, after much Reddit research, it turns out that the main SD Card's for the OS are cheap and prone to crashing. The only way to fix this is by purchasing a good quality SD Card and manually installing the OS onto that. Really not acceptable as I don't want to dish more money out for a product that is faulty in the first place.

Emailed multiple times for a refund or replacement, but its now 3 weeks into February and still had no reply.

The standard response of "email us your order number" is not acceptable as I have done this multiple times, using the details from your website and subsequent order emails. Please publish an email address that is monitored and responded to!

UPDATE

After following the advice from Game Labs stock response, I recieve a message saying:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Game Lab
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."

I have ordered a console for my sons birthday weeks ago, I still have not heard anything in response to the order. It is so hard to get a response and I feel like giving up. So many people said you guys were great but from my experience not so much. The tracking info is a lie nothing works.

I had a problem with the console I bought from Game Lab, in which the game would appear to charge but didn't. I contacted Game Lab and received a quick reply and an easy-to-understand solution. Ever since then I've loved the system. Game Lab has also sent unsolicited e-mails with instructions clarifying use of the console. I highly recommend them!

Ordered 2 of these consoles for me and the wife for a holiday we were going on to keep us entertained during the long flights. At the time, the holiday was over 2 weeks away which, according to their advertised delivery times should have meant it arrived with time to spare (we even paid extra for express delivery). We now leave morning after next and royal mail still haven't even received the order. They lie about delivery times and lie about delivering from the UK, which clearly isn't the case. Wish I'd done my research before ordering through them as you can get the exact same console off prime, with next day delivery, for the same price as their 'sale' price. Don't give these people your money.

The device itself is amazing packed with loads of amazing games from so many old devices I love it and the battery life doesn't last as long as they say but it lasts long enough to have a good amount of fun hours playing different games. I bought it mainly to play pokemon but I forgot about all the other amazing games it has on there too. My only issue is you can't really play the DS games on there very well because it's meant to be a split screen and this device only has one screen but other than that it's honestly an amazing product

I got my son one for Christmas and yes shipping wasn’t the quickest but it was also the holiday’s so you can’t blame them but when he got it he was so happy!!! The system is great and has great games he absolutely loves it and you can’t beat it for the price!!
