Everyone has unique experiences with companies, and I was taken aback by the ratings I encountered. I placed my order for the console on 12/11 and received it by 12/23. Living in NY may play a role, but considering it likely ships from overseas, that's quite impressive. I've only had about an hour of gameplay, so I won't make any long-term claims yet. I was able to start my Pokemon Gold file and browse through many games. For around $70, getting 25,000 games is an unbelievable deal. While there may be some bugs, my shipping experience was smooth, and it's hard to beat this value, especially compared to the price of a game system in 2025.
I placed an order and received a tracking number on 11/24, but there have been no updates on it. I've reached out via email three times with no reply. Now, they send me an email asking for feedback on the product... I'm extremely frustrated. The tracking label never showed that it was picked up by a carrier, yet they updated my order status as if I had received it. No response to any of my inquiries.
