Completely dissatisfied. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a jacket on November 28, and it has been lost in transit twice. The tracking number is useless, and despite paying £70, I've requested a refund for items not received. I highly doubt I will get one. I should have checked the reviews beforehand. I feel cheated and somewhat foolish.

Disappointing experience! They are not even close to being a tailor. I ordered a shirt expecting decent quality, but what I received was very disappointing. There were threads hanging from many seams, the buttonholes were pulled due to thin fabric, and there was no wash care label. I wish I had read the other reviews before making a purchase!
Not worth even one star. They were quick to take my money, but I waited over a month for a Christmas gift only to find it was nothing like the picture or description. It was supposed to be wool but turned out to be cheap nylon. Poorly made, the neck is too tight for a 2XL. I feel scammed out of £65.99. Don’t trust this company; they have no customer support.
Feeling quite disappointed. I ordered a jacket after seeing it advertised, but I should have checked the reviews. The quality isn't terrible, and it arrived on time, but it doesn’t match the advertisement, and the sizing is significantly off. The body is shorter than expected, and the waist is extremely tight. I'm currently wearing it, but the cuffs are so tight I’m losing feeling in my hands. I was expecting a different material and fit.
Regretting not checking the reviews! The jacket was too small and of poor quality. I returned it within the 30-day refund policy. They claimed it needed inspection and that the refund would take 10 working days, but I have received nothing and am still waiting. The amount is too small to involve my credit card provider. With all these negative reviews, has the relevant authority ever intervened?
Avoid this shop. I purchased a coat that was not as advertised and of terrible quality. I returned it the same day and am still waiting for my refund. How are they still allowed to operate? This seller, under different names, is the same scammer; steer clear of them. Truly a terrible experience.
