I ordered from this seller, and when my items arrived, the quality was very disappointing. The skirt was poorly sewn with a hole in it, and the shorts looked extremely cheap. I requested a return, but instead of waiting for the items to be sent back, they immediately refunded me. I returned the items later than expected, and their legal team contacted me multiple times to ask for the return, which I had already completed, and then charged me an additional £30 for the transfer. Truly terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
AVOID THIS POP-UP STORE! I ordered multiple sizes online after seeing 'free global shipping' over £200. I thought the brand was local, but they are based abroad. I ended up with a massive import tax of around £150! I was told there was nothing they could do, and I feared more hidden fees when returning items. Now, I'm stuck with multiple overpriced items. When I inquired about returning them to the pop-up, they said they couldn't assist me. A very greedy brand with no helpful service.
A warning for US buyers: the tariff situation is quite confusing. As of September 2025, the charges can be hefty—mine was $97 on a $317 order. You won’t know the amount until the shipper demands it before releasing your package. I contacted support to see if I could refuse the package, but they could do little to help. My advice to US buyers is to expect an extra 30% on your order and decide if it's still worth it. Also, consider reaching out to your local representative about the tariff issues.
The designs are charming, yet the quality of the garments is severely lacking. After just one wear, they started to fall apart. The construction restricts normal movement, with missing stitches and subpar materials, along with what seems to be a manufacturing flaw in both items I received. Definitely not worth the price.
