An absolutely illegal scam - taking £19.99 every two weeks fraudulently using details provided via a parking app. No way to actually contact the company (yes I did call and email - no response). Raised fraud with the bank and intend to take this further in a legal capacity. Disgusting practices!
Would like to thank Nancy at shopping protection. I clicked help with online shopping. Not realising. I would be charged £19.95. & after emailing them they very kindly cancelled the account for me & refunded the months subscription charges. If anyone has any problems. Dont sit & worry about it Please contact them they have gone above & beyond for me.
Update Claire Nancy’s supervisor has helped out and issued a full refund I’m in the process of trying to recover money taken from my account Nancy has helped me recover half of my money but the company is holding onto over £70 with its unfair practices I used a justpark app for parking my car so I will be contacting them to but beware of scams out there
