I really appreciate the help I received from ShoppingProtect.com. At first, I was very frustrated because I was charged three times (£19.99) and I didn’t realise I had accidentally kept the subscription active. I emailed their support team, and Nancy responded and sorted everything out very quickly.I was really worried, but she solved the issue and I have now received my refund. Honestly I was furious as I had never signed up to anything and after reading some of the reviews on the company and others in the same position I found myself in I was gobsmacked and £19.99 had gone out of my account 3 times in 6 weeks. I was fuming.I ended up speaking with Nancy by email. She was kind and could see I was really really frustrated and angry.I have today received my money back and she oversaw the whole thing. Disgraceful it happened in the first place but thanks to Nancy the refund was given! 5 stars for Nancy but not a nice experience in the first place Amanda
