This company has been taking £19.99 every two weeks from my Barclaycard since October, totalling around £200.I never knowingly signed up for any subscription. They claim it came from a pop-up after an online purchase, which is extremely misleading and feels like a subscription trap.When I contacted them, they only offered to refund a few payments instead of the full amount. I requested a full refund, but now they have stopped responding to my emails.I have escalated the matter with my bank and reported it to consumer authorities.Be very careful – check your bank statements if you ever interacted with their pop-up offers.
