I submitted a request for a return of a pair of studs in sterling silver that had defective backings and customer service wrote me back right away. I asked if they could create a custom order in 14k white gold martini set screwback 2 carat diamond stud earrings and they created a 3D design for my approval with transparent pricing. The store applied my return towards my custom order and sent me a prepaid return label. We confirmed my order on March 23 and I received my earrings on April 6. I am thrilled with my gorgeous sparkling custom studs! It arrived in a gorgeous heavy gift box with IGI certificates in protective sleeves along with a packing slip and letter signed by the owner. The best part is that the earrings are so comfortable to wear! And the screw backs are secure and high quality. I opened my package yesterday to reveal the most beautiful sparkling earrings. I ordered 2 carat diamond studs from shop QSE on line. I am extremely impressed with not only the timely shipment but of the quality of these earrings. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from QSE and it won’t be my last.
I ordered lab grown 1 cart each earrings back in November 2025. Sent them back within the 30 days refund policy. My ears were red and sore after a couple of days of wear. I still have not received a refund of over $600.00. In the meantime the credit card company is charging late fees. I filed a dispute 4 days ago and still waiting for my refund. NEVER AGain will I order anything from this company!!!
