First time purchaser from Showpo. Ordered Thurs from NZ and the goods arrived the following Mon. Very fast efficient service. Used Chat to organise a return of 2 dresses that didn't fit. The customer service lady was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had. Will definately be ordering again from Showpo.
The service was amazing very quick deliveries even though I live in regional NSW. I had to return items and it was quick and easy. Andrea from the support team was very prompt to reply to my email, she replied in less than 24 hours and after business hours. Excellent service!
Overall, I've had a positive experience with Showpo. I ordered a wedding dress to try from here but didn't keep it due to it being small. However, the quality of the dress was really good. Shipping was a little slow which stressed me out some (considering I did pay extra for faster shipping and it didn't happen). Their customer service is really responsive. Initially, I didn't get a refund but just store credit even though their returns policy states that wedding dresses are given a refund if returned. They quickly answered and provided me the refund but it was a little but of an inconvenience at first.
Customer service was helpful. Pretty devastating that they don't do refunds in general though, unless you order two of the same items in different sizes. They instead do store credit but not everyone wants to purchase off the store all the time. Other than that, Eric from customer service helped me with my enquiry as I had ordered two of the same products and instead of a refund, I was given store credit. He was able to fix it for me and change it to a full refund. Thank you
Ah showpo. How I wanted to love you. Showpo's biggest problem is the lack of transparency. They do not have reviews on the clothing items so you are buying blind. They also do not allow refunds. I purchased a dress for my engagement photoshoot and it did not look that good on me. It fit fine enough, but just didn't work, which is why I was fine with paying the shipping for the return. I was not happy to learn that I would not get refunded, but store credit instead. This was probably said somewhere on the site, but I did not clearly see it when ordering. I contacted the store to ask for a refund and was told no. So I spent a very long time on the website to find something to purchase that was the same price as what I had for store credit. I bought two kind of casual dresses, both of which look terrible and one should have come with instructions. I would have to pay to ship these back so I just give up
