Really hit or miss with their clothing. All the shorts I have ordered from them have been too big, even when ordering a small or xtra small. The tops have sometimes been way too small to the point where I can’t get them off over my shoulders. I don’t feel like the quality reflects the price.
I ordered two dresses of the same size which meant that I had to return one of the dresses. Once the dress had been returned I received store credit straight away. However, I wanted a refund into my account instead of store credit so I emailed the Showpo customer service and I had a reply within a couple of minutes which was excellent and they were able to help me out straight away.
Every experience I have had with Showpo and the team has been positive anytime I have been stuck with my account or completing a return they respond so promptly and has resolved the issue. Always happy to go back and shop online with them and would refer them to friends and family. Ida from there team is amazing!
