Terrible customer service experience.

I ordered a dress that arrived completely see-through. I tried to return it within 21 days but after seven, they absolutely refused to refund me and only wanted to issue store credit, which I wasn’t interested in after receiving such a poor-quality item. Customer service was dreadful. It was difficult to contact anyone, and responses were slow.

Fantastic Black Friday shopping experience!

A negative experience turned positive!

I purchased five items of clothing and accessories. I'm truly obsessed with their style and quality. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was too small for me, and when I tried to exchange it, it was out of stock! However, the customer service team was fantastic and informed me when I could repurchase the correct size.

I ordered a dress from Showpo and had to return it. The item was sent back within two weeks, which is a normal return window for most international brands. Unfortunately, Showpo only gives U.S. customers seven days to return items for a full refund, which isn’t clearly emphasized at checkout. Because of this extremely limited window, they would only issue store credit, even though I don’t usually shop with them.The dress quality was fine, but the return policy is very inconvenient and doesn’t reflect the realities of international shipping or travel. Just sharing my experience so other U.S. shoppers know what to expect.

Dont order here if you live in the EU

Dont order here if you live in the EU. I ordered some dresses and returned them. I had to pay myself for the shipping costs to Australia, which was 50euros! On top of that they dont want to refund the import taxes I had to pay (40euros). In the meanwhile the customer service does not respond to your messages!
