I thought I was paying a total of $29 per year, but it was actually $29 each month! When I found out, I tried to cancel, which cost me $160 for early termination. I only received 3 downloads. Quite expensive for pictures! This service is definitely misleading, and I warn others to avoid their traps!

These pictures are very expensive! This is undoubtedly a deceptive service, and I advise others to steer clear of their dishonest practices!
I signed up for a year-long, month-to-month account. After 6 months, I had downloaded all the relevant photos I needed and requested to cancel the rest of my subscription. They told me I could, but I would still have to pay half of the remaining balance of the extra year. To make matters worse, they extended my subscription without my consent and began charging for a second year. I never agreed to this, and it’s a terrible way to conduct business.
The subscription claims to offer Unlimited Downloads, but you can't actually download all the photos, as they limit it to 100 per day. I did manage to get a refund, but the service is subpar. The support team is unhelpful, and they treat customers like mere cash sources. I do not recommend them.

I was told I could cancel anytime, yet they charged me $100 for the first month and attempted to charge extra for any footage I downloaded. The real issue arose when I tried to cancel my subscription. If you cancel before the year is up, you must pay upfront for all pending monthly payments, and you lose access to the service during that time! There’s no option to cancel auto-renewal. If you want to use the credits you paid for, you must remain subscribed and remember to cancel at the exact date. They charged me anyway, and after multiple attempts to reach them, I was told those were the conditions I agreed to. I never agreed to an endless subscription that is nearly impossible to cancel! I finally canceled and paid the fee, as I had no other choice. Please don’t fall into this trap like I did.
