From first enquiry to fitting of our shutters the experience was first class. The company made sure everything was perfect before the order was placed. Bradley the fitter was meticulous with the fitting, even making adjustments to make the shutters look better. Would highly recommend and will be contacting them again for the two windows at the back of the house.

We have yet to receive our shutters. We paid extra to reduce the lead time to 4-6 weeks due to an impending baby, yet we have faced continuous delays and are now provisionally booked for a date two and a half months later. Our last two provisional dates have also been postponed, leaving me with little faith that they will arrive on time. A refund for the extra charge has been offered, but our concerns about timing remain unaddressed, putting us in a difficult position. I would advise against this service.
I usually hesitate to give five stars in a review, as it suggests perfection, which is seldom achieved. However, I'm making an exception here because it’s hard to pinpoint areas for improvement in their processes and fulfillment, at least regarding what they can control. The variety of options is well-presented online, and the response to my request for a visit was prompt. During the visit, the various options were thoroughly explained and demonstrated, considering our specific needs for a particularly large window. The pricing was competitive, the fitting was timely, and it was done with great care. The final result is of high quality and exactly what we wanted. My only concern, which doesn't affect the star rating, relates to the broader supply chain. It’s unfortunate that we seem unable to produce shutters of this quality at a competitive price locally, necessitating sourcing and shipping from abroad, which carries its own carbon footprint.
