This is the third time I have used Signature and once again they have more than exceeded my expectations!I was very happy with the Buy to let product Gemma secured for me, and the customer service provided by Debbie through to completion. I would recommend Signature to all property investors as they know the market and products so well. 5 star review is more than deserved.
Gemma Lawson and Debbie Lomas at Signature Funding Solutions are the most Outstanding professional diligent people I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble and the level of service I experience constantly is amazing. They always strive to find the best deals and go the extra mile. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Chloe and Hayley provided excellent service in completing our recent re-mortgages of two of our properties. We experienced a fantastic service by Paul and Hayley. Both were very efficient and dealt with our BTL very quickly, keeping us informed every step of the way and very helpful. Paul has extensive knowledge of all different product types and can look at different property strategies within the lending market dealing with the whole range throughout the country. I was introduced through the Supported Living strategy which is sometimes a difficult lending strategy but Paul deals with this. I would definitely recommend and I am using there service again very soon.
We cannot thank Gemma and Deb enough for their help and advice with purchasing our dream, forever home! Katie and Deborah have been fantastic from start to finish. As a first-time buyer with no experience getting a mortgage, I used to be a sceptic when it came to mortgage advisers, thinking 'surely I can just do it myself?' but I am so glad I didn't. Katie and Deborah have genuinely gone above and beyond throughout to make sure I've got the best rate possible and the very best product for me, which wasn't easy as I had a blip on my credit report, meaning a lot of lenders wouldn't even consider me (and I was quoted a rate over double what Katie got for me by a different mortgage adviser elsewhere) with a reputable and well-renowned lender, which I know was no easy task and took hours of digging, phone calls and hard work! They kept me well informed throughout each stage of the process, responding to all my messages/emails typically within about half an hour or less and always being available to speak to at times to suit me. Katie helped me massively with the Help To Buy application too which I had no idea about how to approach! Towards the end it got a bit up and down with solicitors etc and Deborah didn't hesitate once to chase them on my behalf and make sure it kept moving at all times. Can hand on heart say I'd recommend Signature to anyone and will definitely be coming back to them whenever I need any more help with anything mortgage-related.
