I applied for a residential mortgage to be arranged as soon as possible and Kaitlin Charlton and Debbie Lomas were on the case immediately (Signature Funding Solutions was previously recommended by a good friend). My goodness, they didn’t disappoint. They were absolutely superb and pulled out all the stops for me. They compared the market for the best deal and got back with questions from potential lenders very quickly and efficiently. Their communication, meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of the market, contacts and professionalism was truly impressive.
