I've been waiting for my new aligners since December. My dentist has tried to reach the service several times, but it's extremely challenging to get in touch. I attempted to submit an online inquiry, but it failed. The chat feature was completely ineffective! Surprisingly, there is no customer service phone number available either! Given the amount of money that has been paid, I should be able to discuss my concerns directly, but instead, I feel ignored. I'm looking forward to this ordeal being over! I have been stuck in limbo since December, waiting for them to produce the new aligners. This is completely unacceptable!

The process worked for me, but the company has you in a tough spot. The cost of reordering retainers has skyrocketed over the years, which is absolutely ridiculous. I've placed one last order and won't be doing this again... I will warn everyone to steer clear of this company.

The upper jaw brace fit well, but the lower one did not stay in place at all, leaking peroxide and causing sores. One night, it detached completely, making me choke. It’s a total waste of money. Avoid this company for tooth whitening; they seem to prioritize profit over safety.

I placed an order for cleaning crystals and a case. The box of cleaning crystals didn’t contain the number of packets stated. I contacted customer service, and they asked for the lot and expiration numbers. After providing this information, I still have not received a response weeks later. I feel cheated and ignored.
