Review Time
I just bought a new domain but accidentally discovered I made an error. I contacted the support team asap and got a fast reply. Unfortunately they were not able to help me, change to the domain I intended to buy. Instead they simply asked me to purchase the correct domain, leaving me with yet a new cost. It's not about the money but simply the principle of being unable to show any kind of help. I have a hard time to understand it's not possible to make a correction. Now I'm left with a domain I can't use for anything - very frustrating!!! Seriously, this was not the kind of service I expected. You can do way better than this...a very poor start to what I thought should be a good partnership.Update as of 22.06.2023: Following this review I was swiftly contacted by the support team to find a solution. Though we didn't manage to fix the matter entirely, I was offered an acceptable solution. Thus, I have changed my originally review from 1 star to 3 starts. Main reason being the friendly tone and swift help to resolve the matter. I would however have expected to have this settled on the first contact with the support team. As such, still room for improvement but I'm sure this will turn out to be a good partnership in the end.
