Review updated Aug 27, 2025 to four stars: simply.com showed to have class, as they refunded a years subscription when they learned I did not want to stay on. They also offered one year free subscription to compensate for the VPN hassle (which I did not accept as the VPN issue remains). Their services as such - except for blocking Proton VPN-users - have worked pretty good for me, hence fours stars given their handling of the invoice-drag. Original review:Websites hosted by simply.com blocks access for users on Proton VPN. Simply.com will renew your subscription and charge your credit card without notice - it is common courtesy to remind the customer that a yearly payment is coming up, but not at simply.com
