Shmail was very patient and helpful in getting my son's service activated with US Mobile. We also activated two other lines at the same time. Overall, the transfer process was fairly easy and straightforward. So far, we are very happy with our cellular service from US Mobile!
Two times this past week, my brother's phone service went down. Now, my brother relied my for some reason (he is Europe as of now), but I contacted customer service and of course, they took care of the issue both taking under an half. It wasn't just a small problem, so I'm shocked how they were able to fix it so quick. Keep it up.

I am a truck driver and plan to move to New Mexico and got a different zip code and they locked my account.
Go to a total wireless, visible, or Cricket for at&t, you don't have to answer a million questions and emails because they think your account is fraud. And their Verizon service doesn't work with a total wireless service does work

I'm not very tech savy and the whole staff that have helped me have been such a great help. Today I worked with Faizan Ahmed, who helped me until I was completely satisfied with everything, answering all of my questions and concerns.
The phone service is fine. Customer support is awful. I am repeatedly overbilled. I set my line to go dormant for a month and I am billed the full amount as if the line were active. I set my autopay to turn off and autopay happens anyway. It's all designed to simply rip people off.
Shamail provided excellent customer service - I was able to get my problems resolved immediately as he understood my situation and went out of his way to get the help I needed
Abbas was absolutely wonderful. he was so patient with me through the entire process, he tried different ways to help me solve the issue, guided me step by step to set up a new line for my mom and obtain new numbers, switch network, explain differences, never rushed and waited for me to set up my new phone at the same time. I wish i could return his help in any ways, heart to heart. he is such an incredible human!
I've been using this service for approximately a month, and the ability to switch between different carrier cell towers is both unique and impressive. The support team is excellent and can resolve nearly all issues, whether they are financial or technical. They frequently offer fantastic deals. I highly recommend giving them a try.
The representative assisted me through the app chat when I was about to cancel my plan and switch providers due to connection issues. They guided me on how to configure my phone, and now everything is working perfectly. I'm really pleased with the extra effort they put in to help me today.
