Two times this past week, my brother's phone service went down. Now, my brother relied my for some reason (he is Europe as of now), but I contacted customer service and of course, they took care of the issue both taking under an half. It wasn't just a small problem, so I'm shocked how they were able to fix it so quick. Keep it up.

I am a truck driver and plan to move to New Mexico and got a different zip code and they locked my account.
Go to a total wireless, visible, or Cricket for at&t, you don't have to answer a million questions and emails because they think your account is fraud. And their Verizon service doesn't work with a total wireless service does work

The phone service is fine. Customer support is awful. I am repeatedly overbilled. I set my line to go dormant for a month and I am billed the full amount as if the line were active. I set my autopay to turn off and autopay happens anyway. It's all designed to simply rip people off.

I've been using this service for approximately a month, and the ability to switch between different carrier cell towers is both unique and impressive.
