Review Time
I sent my glasses back twice because I couldn't make up my mind. I didn't like progressive lenses, then I didn't like transition lenses. They were wonderful. No isues at all. They essentially made my glasses three times and it didn't cost me any extra, just 6 bucks to ship them back.
I sent in two pairs of brand new frames. The lenses they put in are great, but they lost the nose pad on one of my frames. They were very kind to contact me in advance about it and own up to it, but what could I do at that point? They replaced the nose pads with generic ones and gave me a $15 discount (total order was in excess of $300), but the generic nose pads fell off and I had to get more from a local optician and super glue them to the frame. Not happy about that at all. Probably won't go back, which is a shame because I have a couple more frames that need lenses...
I've ordered several pairs of glasses and have had them replace lenses n several frames that I already had and each time I've been very pleased with their customer service, their products and their prices. I will without doubt continue to go to Simply Eyeglasses for my eyeglass needs.
I ordered prescription rayban sunglasses and got a very good price compared to local optical shops. The ordering process was easy and I didn't have any problems. My only 'complaint' is that it took quite a while to get the glasses delivered--26 days from online order to receipt of the glasses
