CRAZY GOOD

This is a real find for me because eyeglasses at any retail shop are so ridiculously high in price. What I have found from SimplyEglasses.com is the same glasses, the same lenses and better customer service than retail for about 1/2 the price. I absolutely love this wonderful service. Thanks so much. I have ordered 2 pair for me and 2 for my husband. LOVE THEM!!

not happy

Hi,

I ordered the glasses on the 25th July but I still haven't received anything.

I am wondering how long it is taking me to receive the sunglasses I have ordered, considering I also paid high postage fees too!

from the tracking no. I can see that the sunglasses travelled through Orlando and are currently somewhere in Miami??!! please note that as per my address I live on Gozo, this is sister island of Malta and this is in the Mediterranean forming part of the EU, it has nothing to do with America, Miami!!

please check as soon as possible and get back to me.

best customer service experience ever

I had selected a frame and lens options and placed my order online. The next day I got a call from customer service to go over the options I had selected. They informed me the lens I chose might be too thick and helped select the correct lens material, and measurements. The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was looking for the same frame that I currently owneed. My fames had broken and they were not readily available at my optometrists office, so I went on-line to see if I could find them.
