Review Time
This is the third time I have ordered from SimplyEyeglasses. Each transaction was a delight. Not to mention the outstandingly great prices. I have saved hundreds of dollars by using SimplyEyeglasses instead of buying retail. I will always use them in the future.
I did a LOT of research before buying because this was my first time ordering glasses online and I was extremely nervous. After all of my research I ended up buying at SimplyEyeglasses because of their unmatched selection, price, and great reviews. Not only did they offer the designer frame I was looking, one of Silhouette's rimless frames (which only a handful of companies offer), but it also offered Trivex as a lens option (something many of the "big" name sites do not), and they offered it for a great price. But my glasses came promptly and exactly as ordered. I couldn't be happier and will definitely return to make future purchases from them. SimplyEyeglasses doesn't receive as much attention as many other online retailers but I assume it soon will.
Stephanie and Cindy (I think this was her name - she was the rep who helped me complete my most recent order) are fantastic. They are both extremely knowledgeable about the products you carry and if they don't know something, they'll call the manufacturer right then and there! They spent as much time as I needed going over all my options based on my specific requirements. They didn't try to push anything on me that wasn't suitable or make me spend extra money on something I didn't need just to make a sale. This may not sound like a great thing to you as far as salespeople go, but as far as generating repeat business, I will ALWAYS choose you guys as my go-to eyeglass store. I will also recommend you to all my friends and family over any of your competitors. Thank you again!
Had to make two follow up calls to find out what was happening with my order. The people I talked to were very nice and helpful, but if they had just sent me emails to let me know my frames were on back-order, or if the web page could let you know before buying that there would be some wait time, it would have saved me a lot of concern. After about a month, they did finally arrive, but for much of that time I was worried I'd been conned. The frames I received are fine, so SE just needs work on the communication.
