Review Time
I purchased a pair of LAMB sunglasses that could not be found anywhere. SimplyEyeGlasses.com had them and even gave me $5 off my purchase and I didn't pay for shipping. The sunglasses had to be backordered and it took a few weeks to get them, but SEI stayed in contact with me at every update and made sure that I knew when my sunglasses would arrive. When the sunglasses shipped, I was given a tracking number immediately and I received them in TWO days! I couldn't believe it! I will definitely be purchasing from SEI in the very near future. I was so impressed with their selection, prices, and customer service!
This was my first order with SimplyEyeglasses.com and as usual with the first order with an internet company I was somewhat concerned. However, there were no problems.
Simplyeyeglasses provided me with the Prime Match Promise without quibbling about it when I noted that the frames I selected were available elsewhere at a lower price -- although maybe the website should have explicitly indicated that the Instant 5% Savings offered and the Price Match Promise would not both apply to the order. Email questions were always answered promptly and accurately.
I was pleased with the frames and lens options available -- in particular, the Trivex lenses which are not offered either where I sometimes purchase glasses locally or at another online retailer that I have used.
I believe both the quality and workmanship were good. Delivery time was definitely acceptable -- I received the SimplyEyeglasses order a couple of days before a local eyeglass order that I placed at the same time.
My first order was fulfilled quicker and delivered as promised. I was pleased to save $200 over a retail competitor for the same eyeglasses. Just ordered another pair and expect the same quality, savings and service.
