Excellent and timely service

I called looking for a frame with magnetic latches for sunglass attachment. I hadn't been able to find them anywhere. The responder was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within 10 minutes I had my order placed. Within 10 days I had my frame.

Good Company To Work With

Due to a mail issue, on my end, the frames were delayed, and I was unable to wait any longer to get my new prescription...However, customer service was willing to work w/me and let me return the frames, unopened, when they finally did arrive...To reiterate, the wait time was not the fault of this company, but the mail service on the receiving end in my area...I will, most likely, use them in the future, when I have need of new frames...

Great customer service, integrity.

Very pleased with my Shuron eyeglass frames. I ordered a slightly shorter temple length than I needed. I inquired about exchanging out for the right length temples assuming I was stuck. However, the customer service representative, Linda Cole, was extremely helpful and offered to correct the problem even though I was the one who made the mistake. Great integrity and I will be dealing with SE on my next eye glass purchase.

Great, detailed service

The website was easy to use, they kept me updated on the status of the shipment. It took a little longer to process than I thought it would, but we didn't need the eye glasses immediately anyway ( ordered non-prescription sunglasses).

A great find for quality service, easy ordering, and reasonable pricing!

I had grown increasingly frustrated by the high prices I had to pay for my eyeware particulary my high index progressive lenses. I founs SimplyEyeglasses via an ad on Fcaebook and decided to check them out. Sure glad I did. I've used their service sevral times now and found pricing and service to be a huge improvement. Even replacing lenses in existing frames. They made the process easy and were incredibly responsive to my questions. A must choice for a better way to buy!
