I have never bought toys online and so far the experience has gone smooth and well! I needed some help so I called customer service and I had a lovely chat with a woman named jozelle. (Sorry if I’m incorrect on the name). She was so helpful, lovely, and informative. I did receive and test out one of my toys made by simply pleasure personally. The wireless egg vibrator all black color. I wouldn’t personally use it solo it’s not powerful enough for me; with a partner it would be lovely. My other set is on the way currently!
Went in store and bought some stuff spent £600 in the store that day. At the time the manager said because Iv spent so much money I was entitled to a discount on some other items. I said Iv already spent a lot so I’m not really interested in buying anything else right now so she said if you keep the receipt I will give you the discount the next time you come in to buy something. Next time I went to the store the manager wasn’t in so I couldn’t claim the discount she had promised because the other person said sorry you will have to come back again when the manager is in. The person running the store said the only other solution is to buy the item and keep the receipt so the next time I come in the manager will apply the discount and refund me so I ended up buying the items without the discount hoping I would be able to get it later. Anyway because I had just spent over so much I was again entitled to another discount on some other products but when I ask about an item I was really interested in getting the discount on she said because it’s a discount the manager has to apply it which means I now had 2 discounts I couldn’t use that day simply because a manager isn’t in the store. I went back to the store 3-4 times just to get that sorted out but the manager was never there so I couldn’t claim my discounts I just ended up never going back because I didn’t really need anything else. It’s disappointing how that store was being run at the time.
