i had quite some lag on my server and contacted costumer service. They respond within minutes and give great advice or help. They changed the server to a different node as soon as possible and now my server works great for me and my friends.
At the beginning when me and my friends were playing RLCraft, the server were struggling and crashing every now and then but other modpacks we've tried works flawlessly.

Been running my server and have had no issues! Starting the server takes less than 15 seconds, which is pretty fast compared to other hosts. The built in tools and GUI are really nice. They take a bit to get used to (Like most things) but once you learn the layout, its a breeze! Prices are pretty average. The addons aren't necessary for a good experience which is always nice. I feel like most hosts hide important tools (Ddos Protection Especially) behind an extra paywall, which they don't! Definitely a customer for life if this keeps up! lol. Thank you!
