This is the 2nd trip that AIV has perfectly created for us and again exceeded our expectations. We traveled to 3 cities, so a lot of moving around and the team made everything very easy for us. We cannot thank Mikael, Lauren and Nicole enough for an amazing experience from beginning to end. We will cherish the wonderful family memories we made forever!
We worked with Art in Voyage to build our perfect 25 year Anniversary trip to Spain and Morocco. We visited several cities and had excellent local guides in each, chosen by the pros at AIV. Additionally, our transfers, flights and train trips were all coordinated perfectly by the AIV team. This is our third trip with them and we would highly recommend their services for travelers who wish to spend their time adventuring, not worrying about all the details. We just finished a trip to Doha, Tanzania and Rwanda. Every aspect of the trip was flawless. The level of coordination across multiple in-country flights was extremely well done. The level of service and the quality of the accommodations was top-notch. This was our 3rd trip with Art in Voyage, and we will definitely continue to use them going forward.

In this age of "Can I speak to a Human?” AIV answered our calls and correspondence immediately: which is so important when traveling across the globe. The detailed advance planning built a fabulous agenda, but allowed daily flexibility. When we arrived on-site everything exceeded our expectations! Villa Battisole was spectacular - beautifully appointed with room for both privacy and together time, spectacular sunsets, and large family meals. Chef/host Diego and host Lety were the heart of the trip: listened to what we wanted, flawlessly planned our days, and created truly five-star dinners (his pizza class a standout). Above all, their warmth made them feel like family. Unforgettable from start to finish - we are already planning our next Art In Voyage journey.
Where to begin? From the time we got on board to departure everything was perfect. Even the one rainy day. The attention to detail was noted. No need was unmet. And you must keep in mind that there were 60 +/- of us. From there perspective it must have been liking herding cats. Our trip to Umbria and Tuscany would not have been the same without our amazing AIV hosts, Lety and Chef Diego. They were caring, organized, really fun, and dedicated to making sure our vacation was exactly what we dreamed it would be. They found fantastic tour guides for us. Got hard-to-get reservations. Planned experiences that were truly amazing. Made sure we were all truly comfortable in the beautiful villa, and handled all requests with ease. But most importantly, they were delightful people, and we so enjoyed their company. It felt like we were family by the end.
My wife’s dream was to have a vacation in Tuscany/Umbria with her siblings and their spouses (10 of us). AIV not only made her dream come true, they exceeded everyone’s expectations. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, appointed with anything we could have wished for, and situated in a strategic and gorgeous location. Our hosts, Lety and Diego were warm, flexible, knowledgeable, generous and great fun. We enjoyed both their leadership and their company tremendously. Diego was also our chef, and his meals were superior to almost every restaurant meal we had. AIV worked closely with my wife for almost a year to put this once in a lifetime experience together and things could not have gone better. From behind the scenes to the front line, AIV is a first rate operation with first rate people.
