UPDATE: in response to the company response to this review below, gov.uk clearly states that ‘customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale or when they buy them at full price’. It also states that ‘it is illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights. For example a sign that says “you do not accept returns or offer refunds” ‘. I will send you a 3rd email - maybe you’ll take the time to respond to that. My Experience: Bought a pair of swimming trunks this week for £60 and at checkout the company applied at discount of £10 to the item which was great. I received the trunks within 48 hours but decided I didn’t like the look or feel of them and requested a return. That’s when it transpired that because there was a discount applied (by the company) it meant that the item cannot be exchanged or refunded. I’m therefore stuck with trunks I do not want and cannot return. Do NOT buy from this company as they have clearly manipulated there commercial model to ensure that you can really only buy but never return items. Businesses like this won’t survive too long with behaviours like this. I urge others to write of similar experiences to ensure that consumer rights are protected.
Love the product and the service. I’m always skeptical ordering something off an Instagram ad however, I liked the design enough to give it a try.On top of that, I made a mistake with my order and when I reached out to the customer service team, they responded within a few hours and worked with me to find a solution, even though the issue was my fault and not theirs.Thank you Sink Swimwear team from the U.S.
Perfect product from a professional business. I ordered the Pinnacle Weekend pack which I already thought was great value for money, it arrived next day delivery. Packaging immaculate and the attention to detail on the product was second to none. Highly recommend.
Do not order anything from the sale from this Comapny. If you do you cannot get a refund, they force you to get exchange or get a voucher. If you look at their website most items are sold out in a lot of sizes so the voucher is a complete waste of time. I am now stuck with a voucher which is totally useless!! It does state this on their T's and C's, I am highlighting as most people do not read those when on line shopping.
