Sintra doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I purchased this app one year ago. Didn’t use it much. Wasn’t a lot of help. I was reconciling my QuickBooks account today and realized that on February 7 they deducted another annual membership. I’m sure that when I signed up in the fine print, it was recurring every year and didn’t realize it. So today when I reached out to Centra to see if I could get refunded the almost $500 that they deducted from my account they said you only have 14 days to get a refund. I am five days past that grace period and they will do nothing to reconcile and give the customer who is always supposed to be right a credit. For a company that treats customers like this, I will never recommend them to anyone and I hope people read this review before they decide to spend their hard earned money to a company that is slimy!
I've been eyeing Sintra from since last year when they used to sell helpers individually. I recently decided to take the jump. Even though I only initially wanted one helper (Emmie), I've found the other helpers to be useful in the ideas that they recommend to me in the inbox.
I'm happy with my purchase.
It works well, only a couple minor quirks with complicated website coding builds. This must be what the service providers that I have hired in the past must have used.
I enjoyed working with Sintra a lot! It's amazing how much functionality it has. There are a lot of automations that can be incorporated as well. When the different assistants are able to coordinate things together, it becomes magical. The reason for the three stars? I ran out of credits within 2-3 days of beginning to use Sintra and it was very expensive to top-up which was misleading when I signed up for the subscription. It needs to be much more transparent how quickly you can use your credits. They need to provide specific examples/scenarios to determine how many a user may need.
I like the platform. The email agent is much more intuitive and functional than Google's Gemini. I've opened email before and seen a response ready to send – that impressed me. And the image generation for social media content? It beats DALL-E, hands down. Don't forget to add custom instructions for your brand's voice and style, and you'll be in set-it-and-forget mode with the Soshie Agent!
A helpful tool for creating structure
Sintra helps me stay organized in my ideas and processes. The platform feels accessible and intuitive, allowing me to work efficiently without getting lost in technical settings.
What I particularly appreciate is how it helps me sharpen my brand and communication. It supports my way of working without taking over.
Great and thoughtful service, providing a huge swath of services that I need from SEO to lead gen and more. It's extremely helpful at gathering specifici resources and preparing the subsequent steps. I'd like push notifications for the comments/ideas from the AIs, so the only complaint I have is that there isn't an app yet - and I wish the 'suggestions' that the AIs have wouldn't expire so fast. But I'm quite happy with it over all. Highly recommend for other small business owners.
As a solopreneur, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the to-do list. Some days I'm the marketing department, some days I'm operations, some days I'm sales...I've used other AI applications to help in the past but get bogged down and end up never making progress. Sintra has been an absolute game changer for me! The organization, the "memory", the step-by-step help, the brand tuning. I cannot recommend Sintra highly enough and I am SO glad I found ya'll!
Sintra. Is proving helpful to some extent however the social generation has needed a lot of input to get the brand voice correct. Also it is only one brand per workspace, which. I was lead to believe would come under one subscription — it does not you will need to pay for a new subscription for each workspace. Not great for someone self employed with 2 revenue streams to sell my work.
It seems like it works wonders, yet I don't really see much results when giving the task. I give my virtual assistant Vizzy a number of task to assign to the correct virtual helpers, and it's giving, but I don't ever really see results. Example: Buddy was to develop a business plan blueprint, and it said it was completed yet I could locate it anywhere on the platform despite it telling where it would be located and that I could even copy and paste it. But like I said, nowhere to be found. Also the credit aren't enough as they go quickly. Therefore, you barely get anything done.
