George and Poppy have been very helpful with redesigning our website making it visible to people on phones and iPads. the website looks and navigates just how I wanted it to. we are also paying for the team to get us up on the google search, and although slow going it certainly is helping.
Sitewizard are sending out spam emails. They claim to have looked at our website and made a list of improvements but seeing as we don't have a website this is obviously a spam blanket email. Not impressed.I never will be a customer as you are scam artists
Useless and total waste of money.Paid £500 to be optimised on google search and didnt return any work and then these cheeky clowns expected me to pay for another month and had the cheek to ask why I wouldnt want to do another £500 and a month with them and nothing but excuses and the usual nonsense from a greedy company that just take your money.Or are you going to return my money? Yeah right.
I approached Sitewizard several months back, asking them to do a full appraisal of my three business sites.This was undertaken promptly and a detailed resume provided for each site which outlined the "good, the bad and the ugly" in a "non-techno" manner which made it easy for me to understand.I found them to be a very professional operation who provided help and advice enabling me to streamline and enhance my online presence. I have no hesitation in recommending them!
My company has worked with Sitewizard for many years. We've always had a very good position in Google but because of various changes we started to drop down considerably. Sitewizard took on the optimization of our website and within weeks we had re-gained our positioning.
We have been with Sitewizard for many years and I have always found them to be excellent however on this occasion the service has been far from acceptable. We have been experiencing email bounce backs for 2 days now (started Tuesday morning and it's now Thursday morning) and despite contacting them both days and sending a support ticket the problem still exists. Having spoken yesterday briefly with customer services it would appear to be n issue with Sitewizard's server providers however nobody has been in touch to explain what is happening or what they are doing about it. Not even an apology! This issue is now damaging our reputation with service users, our regulator and the legal profession.
