I enjoy Skillz a ton!

I had a great time on the Skillz app: Big Buck Hunter. I made about $70 off a $10 deposit. As of right now I can only withdraw $30 because of the bonus money system tho.I want to debunk some of the claims made here:1. Customer service is good and they have given me my money back twice now after a bug in the game, you just have to ask.2. If you get paired to the same player, stop playing for a few minutes and play against others, don’t just keep pressing play again.3. They don’t steal your money, you probably just suck at the game, don’t put money in that you are not comfortable with losing..

Class Action Lawsuit anyone?

I am considering trying to bring a class action lawsuit against Skillz for their flawed matching system. I was continually matched with opponents I could not beat. I understand that I may suck, but why keep pairing me with players after theyve beaten me 6 times in a row? Has anyone had similar experiences? I'd like to expose Skillz and see them pay for their malfeisance.

Skillz is a joke, it doesn't matter how much skill you have to play these games. The customer service people are not nice at all and they are just stealing everybody money

Poorly developed game app

Poorly developed game app. The concept of the game is entertaining, however the game session crashes too frequently to be of any entertainment value. I only had the game Word Star on my phone for two weeks now. In the beginning when I reported the crashes, Skillz would issue a refund. They stopped the refunds, citing that I have to many crashes and its not on par with average crashes. Here is what they emailed me: As we have explained, your rate of crashed match refunds exceeds our system norms by a significant margin. We are unable to offer refunds for any crashed matches until your crash rate is in line with the system average, at which point we will be able to offer refunds for crashes that occur after the rate has improved. Until such time as your refund rate improves, remember that you are playing at your own risk, and any matches played during this time will not be refundable, even if you become eligible for refunds in the future. "The fact that the game is constantly crashing is perplexing, I've never encountered any game app that operated as such. I own a Samsung S21 Ultra and have steady and reliable wi-fi in my home. They refusing a refund based on user error is unethical. They clearly do not have the means to program the game with minimal bugs. Skillz should consider decommissioning the game until they can present a better product instead of stealing money from consumers.

Thieves. Will take your money but make excuses on the payout when the time comes... scam .. they robbed me for 650 because I made a new username when the app wouldnt allow me to sign into existing when I got new phone. Dont play yourself with skillz ..

Minus -A Star Or Several Stars for…Skillz

Giving -Minus A Star Or Several Stars for Skillz Am dealing with error due to boostmobile service upgrading for 5G network in my area for over a month. My games during playing a card in a robot mode or something then would go to homescreen. Reported to VIP support. Was recommended to report. They just kept refunding me. Believe in honesty so over a time frame I asked over five times and received. Any other time I refused their refunds after had figured out what was going on. At 1st being new I was like why are they refunding me? Ask for them to look into with genuine concern and hopeful to help with any inquiries. Therefore after realizing they were excessive with refunds it made me uncomfortable and then told them no I do not accept! They said few weeks later that was at a limit on account. Answered not sure about? Asked should I not report? Does it help? And continued was usually automated answered. Confuzzled me honestly. So glitches and such. And also had withdrawals all of sudden canceled. Contacted support they advised me to resubmit. Which drew some attention now I’ve noticed! Mind you the total was close to 2K a lil less however rounding up to the nearest dollar. Rewind- When was first downloading these types of apps had no idea few were affiliated (deleted after a week of having the game apps) and had one I couldn’t log into after getting. However started new account while trying spades out! Never logged into another account with spades account, because like I said didnt know they were in fact the same in one! So support deleted my account in spades! Was like what? They told me had account already and said okay fine will play on a new one 3 months ago. No refund…exposed cheaters on there and turns out I have screenshots of them playing my deleted account against me! After messages to them about deleted account! So fast forward was complaining about & kept getting automated messages. So I was rude and stated to automated to assure was directed to as well. It was kind of humorous and they said that real people that send this…so apologized and never responded in that way since. Well waited two weeks for my video verification which not sure why they needed again? They had my address, PayPal, debit banking, etc. and showed on video that I know how to play to earn. Deleted app today that they had me download during verification and then it popped back up on my screen to download by its self just 20 mins ago removed it and was blocked out of the games and they said that my winning has been forfeited and I have been (Literally in real life people fight over me being on their team to play this game with them) fraudulent? They owe me more than 3K since I built up more winnings since then and they do not want to pay! Have been nice about all of this and mentioned about reviews today as well and has led up to this company scamming. When you make money withdrawal they do not like it. When you cash in tickets they do not like it. Also when you question the players trust me I know how to play very well they do not like! What does reporting here even do? What kind of change is made? (Waving@Skillz employee reading this) Not only try to make change here make the change publicly expose further get grouped even exchange email contacts and let’s get them by the dozens! Figured this would happen months ago and have been documenting. Do not care that they have me being mean to automated messages. Nobody really likes automated and that is a fact! Sincerely P.S. Im not done with just here! Now that we have internet so intertwined in each one of our lives, daily, its time for the justice system to get up to speed by designating space, also changes to have reasonable laws to help support us legally. This way terms and agreements are under a microscope for better service for the users to get fairness. You invite me into your back yard for a barbecue, I’m eating steak. It’s basically their property under law, but should be accountable to give what is offered! Instead of being able to basically have terms that gives them one sided rights to do whatever they desire, and can (for now) get away with it!

Don’t bother

Don’t bother! They call out the same numbers over and over in a game, and if you get the boost to daub a whole column they then constantly call out numbers of that column. Just don’t waste your time.
