Review Time
I did not receive my product. I am so mad because I've paid for something that was sent to the wrong address. When I questioned this I was told that it was not their problem and that the item was sent to the wrong address and to take it up with the couriers. How dare they, I am so mad and upset, they have just kept my money and treated me very badly. DO NOT ORDER from they as you may pay and not receive anything.
I only gave 1 star because they do answer emails, however their products are not genuine.... i ordered via Facebook.. the product they advertised was not what you see in the order summary once you have paid... I sent an email asking to cancel immediately l, however their reply was the goods were already in transit and orders can only be cancelled 10 mins aftee ordering... it took them longer than that to reply. Once I received goods, I asked to return, no return labels... return address is in cannock... but they expect you to pay and return the product to China.... don't go anywhere near this company... SCAM
First and foremost product doesn't work. It's quite a clever scam because the actual name written on the product isn't revealed until it arrives with you so it's difficult to research beforehand. They say that they'll refund you if you're not happy with the product - they won't, unless you never opened it to begin with. I asked for a refund before I'd opened it but they answer your email all cheerily encouraging you to give the product more time to work. The product image is remarkably similar to a much more expensive product, and the same as the one you can get two bottles of from Temu for something like £3.50.
Delivery and packaging was good. Starting using the oil and it goes on nicely. It’s too soon to notice a difference yet but I’m optimistic. The only downside is the top opening is a little too wide and can be difficult to control how much pours out but I’m sure I will get used to it.
Im 68 and have inherited my mothers crepey skin so Im trying this out specifically for my arms and décolletage. I Have only been using for about 10 days but it does make my skin feel great and look glowing when it's been applied. Im trying to massage it in as much as possible.
