I purchased 2 of the glow oil as it was a better deal, however, once I received my confirmation email I realised that the product that was advertised was not the same product in the confirmation email. I tried to cancel my order straight away, however, I did not get a reply to my email until about 14 hours later which by then, apparently it was too late as the order had been shipped. It took 2 weeks for the product to actually arrive and when it did I saw that the product was not actually manufactured in Austria as advertised but is made in China. It is the exact same product as sold on Temu for £5.99 and I paid £28 for 2. If I want to return the product and I do, then I have to send it back to China. Totally duped all way round!
