I am giving this site one star due to my payment being declined and a slow refund process. The support team has been unresponsive despite my multiple attempts to reach out. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend making purchases here.
I experienced deceptive practices with this service. They took my crypto and provided a code but failed to inform me that their partner company requires full KYC before delivering what I paid for. Not disclosing this condition upfront is misleading and against FTC regulations.
