I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the customer service.
First, I received the wrong product. When I contacted the seller, they refused to issue a refund and instead claimed the wig was “damaged,” which is simply not true. Before initiating the return, I sent clear photos and video showing the condition of the item and received approval to proceed.
Not only did they refuse to refund me, but they also did not offer to send the correct item or even return the product I paid for. Now they are asking me to pay additional shipping fees to send it back, which is unacceptable since the mistake was theirs.
Additionally, this wig was advertised as human hair, but when sprayed lightly with water for styling, the texture immediately became stiff and plastic-like. This strongly suggests the hair is synthetic or falsely advertised.
All I did was spray water to style it, noticed the unnatural texture change, and requested a return.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customers trust sellers to deliver what is advertised and to resolve issues fairly. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based on both product quality and customer service.
