Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I placed my order on November 18th and have still not received my items. They promised fast and free shipping, but it has been extremely slow. The tracking number provided shows '0,' indicating that my goods have not been sent. After researching, I discovered that this service is not registered in Australia. This is the first time I failed to verify a business before ordering, and I regret falling for this scam. Thankfully, I didn't lose much money, but I have reported this service.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service; it feels like a scam. It's a terrible place to do business with. They claim to be an Australian company, but I suspect this is just a facade. I'm still waiting for an order placed five weeks ago. Their customer service is a joke. They keep telling me it's been dispatched, referring to a shipping number that has no information.

Ordered on November 5, still no sign or replies

I ordered on November 5th, and the tracking states it has been 'out for delivery' since November 20th from a location nearby. Now it's November 26th, and I've received no responses to my emails or online messages. I'm unsure if my order will ever arrive, and based on these reviews, I fear it might be broken. I wish I had seen these warnings before placing my order.

Be Very careful

I too have not received an order from early November.Not even a confirmation or tracking order There is no contact number on website .I think this company is a scam .I do hope I am wrong.

Scam - SKIPPYHOME

I ordered on the 13/11/2025 and have been following up with the no luck Just email stating it was onIts way. Over a month later I have realised this is a huge SCAM. Disappointed in myself for not checking them on Trust Pilot and other reviews before I ordered. Everyday there are more and more out there. Be aware. Merry Christmas.

AVOID. Waste of money.

I ordered 2x Vacuum Suction Magnetic Bracket for AUD$55.00. It arrived nearly 2 weeks after I placed my order (not the 4-7 days as advertised). They used a padded envelope to ship my order and not a box, hence my flimsy boxed items were crushed and torn. I was suppose to give them as a gift but not any more looking at the state it is in. I messaged the company and followed it up after a week of no reply from them. Still nothing from them. The items as well are not worth what I paid for and it looks like it's going to break so easily. So different from the ads they put out. Never again.

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, still waiting for it despite claims that items will be delivered in 7 days or less !When spoken to company stated they got a sudden rush of orders and that was reason for delay Poor service, pretty sure I've been conned by this company will never use again useless !

The ghost parcel

Based on an Instagram advertisement, I ordered 2 lint removers from this company on 2/10/2025. The order was confirmed on 3/10, and a few days later I received an email informing me on its maintenance, but not on its delivery. On 19/10 I notified the company that I was still waiting for my purchase and, to my surprise, received a reply that the the parcel had been delivered on 13/10. To that email, it was attached a picture of the 'parcel' on the letter box.As nobody in our small building has seen the parcel, and as I had not received notification of the delivery date, or of the delivery immediately after its placement on the mailbox, I wonder what really happened to my lint removers. Where are they?

Ordered hair clips and half of them…

Ordered hair clips and half of them were broken. I was told it was how the parcel was handled. But this could have been prevented if the parcel was in a sturdy box instead of soft wrapping. Still waiting for replacement or money back.

Ghost store website

This website markets itself as an Australian store. Items ordered however are shipped from Hong Kong or China not Australia. They also take longer than the stated 4-7 days delivery time frame the website states. Items are also being sold with a significant markup on same or similar items found on Aliexpress or Temu.
