On the positive side, the company is very good at responding to messages in a timely and friendly manner,. HOWEVER, some of the responses are unintelligible and more importantly - inaccurate.
Our booking was plagued with incorrect or incomplete documentation (e.g. train tickets, baggage allowance for flights).
In one message our 'proposal link' took us to the itinerary of another client (GDPR?)
We enjoyed our holiday, but did not enjoy the extraordinary amount of time we spent checking Viva's documentation and ensuring that all was in place for our trip.
Viva have not offered any compensation for our time, but have deigned to pay the 2CHF city tax we had to pay for an extra room at one of the hotels which Viva is adamant they didn't book and that we didn't pay for.
My advice, if you use this company, is to thoroughly check all your documentation (once you have printed it off and arranged it into a logical order!).

I saw an advert for a.holiday looked a great price.
Turned out is was a great price but on top of that it was great service really easy and hassle free. The agent I had Bharat was exceptional doing all the work despite all my requests!

Bharat was great in organising our holiday to seychelles and Mauritius, lots of tweaks and changes and remained calm and professional throughout, it's a special holiday for our 50th,haven't been yet but wanted to review, would definitely use viva holidays again!
Good booking experience, first chatting over WhatsApp and then finalising things over a phone call. Everything on our multi-centre break was sorted without any problems, including flights, hotels, train journeys and a choice of transfers, thanks to Deep and the rest of the team at Viva holidays.
