Overall, a great product. I find it can be easily overwhelmed on busy days when we need more water, but our water definitely tastes improved. I prefer the 'soft' mineral pouches, as the 'boost' option tastes a bit salty for my liking. Emptying the waste tank is more frequent than I expected, but the continuous drain tank resolves this issue—definitely worth the extra purchase! The support team has been very responsive, resulting in a positive experience overall!
We've been using our machine for a couple of years now. You can taste the difference! The water is clear and clean, with the added benefit of minerals through the Hydration Boost setup. We also keep a glass bottle in the fridge with ice-cold water when needed, and we use the hot water option for teas and coffees! Highly recommend!
I gave the product one last chance, hoping for a change as promised. I received a FIFTH machine, assured it was tested, but it’s faulty—just like the previous four. No response from the support team. Avoid this product, plain and simple.
