The representative who assisted me addressed my questions clearly and demonstrated remarkable customer service skills. I had the pleasure of speaking with the same individual recently, and he was wonderful, helpful, and friendly on both occasions. He truly deserves recognition and a raise! Additionally, I appreciated the callback option, as waiting on hold is never enjoyable. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long for my callback both times, so thank you!

Coincidentally, I spoke with the same person recently, and he was lovely, helpful, and friendly both times. He deserves recognition and a raise! Misleading practices

Very unreliable. I signed up for a fixed-rate tariff with a daily supply charge of 98c, but the agreement revealed a daily supply charge of 124c plus a demand charge of 31c/kWh! I canceled within the cooling-off period.

Do not trust the positive reviews. This company has faced significant fines for misleading conduct. I experienced this firsthand. The advertised rates changed once I transferred my account. My charges increased by at least 500% compared to my previous provider. I was put on hold for over an hour during every call, which were then disconnected, preventing me from speaking to anyone. I eventually needed assistance from the ombudsman, which was frustrating. I switched providers within three months. They falsely informed the ombudsman that they had contacted me multiple times to resolve issues, which was a blatant lie as I received no calls or messages. Dealing with them was appalling, and given the ongoing legal issues, I question how they are allowed to operate. If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. Consider this a warning.

Billing issues resolved thanks to a great representative

The company messed up my billing, and I had a frustrating time with an AI that couldn't understand my issue. However, today, I spoke with a wonderful representative who explained the problem, apologized, and assured me that they are addressing it. The AI couldn't provide that level of assistance.

Frustrating experience with long wait times and poor support

My experience has been extremely disappointing, marked by confusing billing, significant accessibility issues, and a lack of transparency. I strongly advise against using this provider. The billing system is flawed, with discrepancies in charges without explanation. After paying one amount, I received a text demanding a higher payment. Resolving this confusion was challenging due to limited support hours and excessive wait times. When I finally reached a representative, the explanations were unclear and unhelpful. Despite promises of follow-up, I am still waiting for clarification. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider. The level of frustration caused by these issues is unacceptable, and I will be switching to another retailer.
