This company is a scam. They grew their business by advertising on different websites and refusing to pay the owners of websites. They did a couple of advertising deals with us and when it comes to making payment they kept changing the goal post. Every attempt to get them to pay since October has failed.They did the same thing to 5 webmasters I know. Yesterday after threaten to leave them negative reviews they agreed to pay then ghosted us again as they have been doing since October.
I would like to start by saying I was promised my order would be started in 30mins since I paid for the super express delivery and told it would be completed in 6-8hr. I asked them to promise me this and they did. Well I ended up falling asleep waiting and they didn’t start until a day later. I told them I no longer needed the service and they kept saying the pro will start the order. Day 2 pro was able to get a total of 45sr and played about 3 matches. Once again I told them I don’t need the service it’s too late for what my order was intended for. I asked for a refund and they tried to push a store credit on me. Well the store credit you and only use 10% of the available credit and the rest you have to pay out of pocket for. It doesn’t cover the whole purchase. I said I want a refund to my card that’s it. They said it’ll take 7 days to complete but if I took down my original negative review it could help them go faster. They said this time the pro can have the order done in just two days. Well it’s day three now and I’m ever further behind but I said what the hell maybe he can do it. Well it’s been a week kw and the pro only got 400sr of the 1000 I paid for in the course of a week. During this time I practically begged them to cancel my order and that I’m over the lies they continue to tell me. And still nothing they keep saying give it one more try. I tried explaining I placed the order so I was able to get ahead in ranked since I’m already top 5k and now with waiting a week to get the order done I’ve gotten so far behind even if they order was compled it would do me no good because I’m so far behind now. Idk what to do with this company and all I’ve wanted since the first day when they lied was a refund and I’m probably never going to get one. I would encourage everyone to stay clear of this company. From my experience it’s been nothing but lies and them trying to get out of just refunding me. I’ve used them before and had the same problems but decided maybe one more time. Boy that was a huge mistake. I’m sure they’ll comment on this post saying someone will get with me and make it right just for it to be another broken promise or way to get out of refunding me. Please use caution peopleUpdate: still waiting for a refund!! Now my account is locked thanks to these guys. Once again stay away!Update: almost a month later and still have yet to receive any kind of refund! They’ve tried to blackmail me into removing this review if I want my money back. As per their policy they have a money back guarantee no questions asked yet I can’t get a refund for an order that they know wasn’t completed. Also after all this they sent me an email saying I should change my logs for security reasons. Seems sketchy to me. Update: still have not received a refund months later. Skycoach you need to repay me! Stop scamming people.

While the pro player was active, my account was detected by Supercell's automated system for account sharing/selling, which is a direct violation of their Terms of Service.The reason this happened is obvious and unavoidable: the pro logged into my account from a completely different geographic location using a completely different IP address and device ID. Supercell monitors these login changes precisely to detect this type of activity.The result was an immediate and severe 31-DAY BAN.Skycoach's guarantee that your account is 'safe' is false and misleading. They cannot protect you from Supercell's system, and the moment they log in, they expose your account to the ban hammer.I had to fight their support team for weeks to get a partial refund for a service that not only failed its objective but permanently damaged my account by getting it flagged as a repeat offender. Now, my account is at a high risk of a permanent ban if they detect any future suspicious activity.Do not risk your account. If you use any boosting service, you are volunteering for a ban up to permanent. The time, money, and emotional investment you have in your account are not worth the risk.
The booster cheated on my account, and my account was banned. Skycoach offered no help whatsoever; quite the opposite.They refused to refund my money. I paid €317, lost the money and a very expensive account. After Skycoach read this review, they made me an offer: they would give me a comparable account, supposedly like my banned one. I was told to delete this review, and I would receive the account. I accepted the offer, but they couldn't/wouldn't give me a good account! Now I'm uploading the review again. Never again Skycoach. Unserious company!After much effort, I was able to get the money back with the help of my bank. However, the gaming account is permanently banned!
