Revising original survey. I didn't know that the items sent to me were sent in parts. I orginially rated the review as low because i only got apart of the order. It took a bit to get, so i waited another 15 min before finalizing orginal survey. Once i got the other part. I wanted to revise, cause i felt bad and i was impatient. The item was a big order which is probably why it was sent in part. However I wasn't told that unless they did and closed the chat window. they communicated with me letting me know they were my "pro" I said Sounds good. that was the extent of our convo. I was in BG's so was otherwise disposed, and my chat window didn't ping me.

they were truly game changing and in my opinion life changing they were so resourceful and skilled in their craft that it’s made me realise I have a long way to go lol but yes truly if you guys want a great service i recommend skycoach

I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive business practices at Skycoach.gg. I placed a large order for Diablo 2: Resurrected (D2R) runes on the current ladder after explicitly confirming with their support agent ("Mia") that the pricing and platform (Xbox) were correct.

After I paid and my order was processed (Order ID: DB78940), I was told by another agent ("Jerry") that it was one of the "biggest orders for runes" they had seen. However, shortly after, they claimed there was a pricing error on their site and demanded I pay extra to have my order delivered.

When I refused to pay for their mistake, they:

Refused to honor the original purchase price.

Refused to issue a full refund to my original payment method.

Attempted to force me into taking "store credit" or "exchanging the service" for something I don't want.

It has been over a week, and they are still "checking what can be done" while holding my money hostage. A company's technical error is not the customer's responsibility. If you cannot fulfill an order at the price you advertised and accepted payment for, you are legally and ethically required to provide a full refund.

I have screenshots of the entire conversation and will be filing a dispute with my bank/payment provider if this isn't resolved immediately. Avoid this site if you value your time and money.

I made a order from skycoach.gg and they told me that a pro player would be ready to start in about 20 to 30 minutes it’s been three hours now and they told me that they’re still searching for a pro player and I asked them two hours and thirty minutes in for a refund and they told me that it can take up to 10 business days keep in mind that before I made the payment I told them that I need it for Thursday morning because they said that it would take the pro player two days but now they are just wasting my time and beating around the bush they could’ve told me before I made the purchase that it wasn’t a pro player available and I asked them if it was one and they said yes

Dont believe these fake reviews by bots here. I will type my complete experience with these guys. I placed an order exceeding $500 with their gold buying service. They immediately told me for verification purposes I would need to provide the following.

1. Drivers License
2. Passport
3. Utility bill proof of residence
4. Forgot the last one.

These are all items that can steal your identification online.They give NO warning of this before you purchase from them. When I brought up to them my concerns with that I do NOT agree to providing my sensitive information and I now want to cancel my order they now stated just cover up your credit card you used and show the last 4 digits of your Credit Card used. They continued to ask repeated times for me to provide these documents even tho I told them my concern about it. At this point I was over it and told them just refund me and cancel my order. They stated they did but THEY DID NOT. I followed up the next day in Support Chat and informed her the person why wasnt it cancelled. She stated why dont I just provide the ID verification they requested. I gave my reasons and said No refund it. She then comes back with “If we cancel the verification process we can provide you your gold order would you like that?” I stated No because at this point Im over it and its a day later then when I purchased. I also asked for proof of Cancellation and Refund to my email and she stated she would but never did and when I ask where is it she goes silent and doesnt respond back. VERY SHADY behavior and completely illegal. Trust me when I say they are shady af and now I am having to contact my bank to dispute the charge they were to cancel.I Will NEVER refer anyone to them and I only take the time out of my day to save you the trouble as well. DONT EVER SHARE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS LIKE DRIVERS LICENSE, PASSPORTS etc for companies that do this and as we speak she still hasnt sent me the documents I requested and said she would. Look at the legit reviews here not from the bots. Site is a scam!

I’ve ordered from this site before, and once again the service delivered. This time there was a small issue on my side — I misspelled my character name when placing the order. After contacting support, they handled it quickly and professionally.

The issue was resolved without any hassle, and the service was delivered exactly as promised. Great communication, fast response, and reliable delivery.

Highly recommended.

I paid $2,000 for WoW TBC boosts including 6 professions leveled from 1-375, 3 characters leveled 60-70 and 60-68, full pre-raid BIS, heroic dungeon attunements, epic flying mount, and other things. It has been over three weeks now and they assigned me a pro who doesnt even have gold or materials on my server. Getting any help from support is like pulling hairs. You get a different agent everytime, and you have to re-explain your issue over and over again.. you maybe get a response every 2hrs on average.. and that response is always the same 'ill let the team know and get back to you"... yet they never reach back out to you first.. and you have to reach them again and it starts the cycle over and over again. They are supposed to send me gold and profession materials for like 2 weeks now and cant even do that. When i placed my order I was told "no issue filling this order, pro's will be competing to fill it" yet they cant even get me the most basic things like gold and profession kits?? They sold me things they cannot deliver.. for big boosting orders I do not recommend them unless you want to get the run around for weeks on end. The lack of communication is what makes this so bad.. I have no idea of their intentions or resolutions to the issues in my order.

I basically paid 2,000 and basically only the leveling has been getting done... trying to get anything else for my order has been a nightmare. Could of spent that money somewhere else and got it instantly.

Also the communcation before you purchase is 100% perfect, they will talk to you for hours. As soon as you buy, its done. Good luck getting through to support.

I was told that if I paid an additional 11.38€ for Super Express start and delivery speed, my order would receive priority treatment. I agreed and paid the extra fee. However, my order was never given Super Express status.

This was even confirmed by my assigned PRO, who told me that from their end nothing showed the order as express and that it was to be treated as a standard delivery. So what exactly did I pay 11.38€ for?

When I contacted support, the representative confirmed that I had indeed paid for Super Express — yet they never informed the PRO to treat it as such. Instead of correcting the issue, I was ignored for two hours. Then another support agent stepped in and did the exact same thing: excuses, delays, and no action.

I repeatedly explained that I felt robbed of the 11.38€, since my order was clearly not treated as Super Express. I was told that if I “just waited” and allowed the order to complete, they would refund the 11.38€ as site credit afterward.

Here is the exact message I received after paying for Super Express:

“Your PRO has been informed that you have express option already. Super Express means that your order have high priority to a PRO, but there are other orders before yours, once PRO will complete them, they will come to you as well fast as possible.”

So, I paid 11.38€ for “high priority” … but was told there were multiple orders before mine. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for Super Express.

Fast forward to today — I left an honest review on Trustpilot explaining what happened. Suddenly, SkyCoach reached out privately offering to resolve the situation if I removed my review.

They agreed to:

Complete my order properly

Refund the 11.38€ to site credits

Provide one small additional service for free (which was directly linked to the activity already being completed)

They then told me to “meet us halfway,” which clearly meant I should delete my review first. I agreed based on their promises.

Once the review was removed, they:

Completed the base order (which I had already paid for)

Did NOT provide the promised free service

Did NOT refund the 11.38€

Ignored me again

This feels dishonest and manipulative. I was misled about Super Express priority, ignored by support, and then pressured into removing a review with promises that were not honored.

Stay away from SkyCoach.

I will not be using their services again.
