Dont believe these fake reviews by bots here. I will type my complete experience with these guys. I placed an order exceeding $500 with their gold buying service. They immediately told me for verification purposes I would need to provide the following.
1. Drivers License
2. Passport
3. Utility bill proof of residence
4. Forgot the last one.
These are all items that can steal your identification online.They give NO warning of this before you purchase from them. When I brought up to them my concerns with that I do NOT agree to providing my sensitive information and I now want to cancel my order they now stated just cover up your credit card you used and show the last 4 digits of your Credit Card used. They continued to ask repeated times for me to provide these documents even tho I told them my concern about it. At this point I was over it and told them just refund me and cancel my order. They stated they did but THEY DID NOT. I followed up the next day in Support Chat with “Erica” and informed her why wasnt it cancelled. She stated why dont I just provide the ID verification they requested. I gave my reasons and said No refund it. She then comes back with “If we cancel the verification process we can provide you your gold order would you like that?” I stated No because at this point Im over it and its a day later then when I purchased. I also asked for proof of Cancellation and Refund to my email and she stated she would but never did and when I ask where is it she goes silent and doesnt respond back. VERY SHADY behavior and completely illegal. Trust me when I say they are shady af and now I am having to contact my bank to dispute the charge they were to cancel.I Will NEVER refer anyone to them and I only take the time out of my day to save you the trouble as well. DONT EVER SHARE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS LIKE DRIVERS LICENSE, PASSPORTS etc for companies that do this and as we speak she still hasnt sent me the documents I requested and said she would.
Most of the times I don't write reviews. But if I do, the company is really bad. Let me give you one advice, NEVER, EVER spend your money here. I bought ingame points, RP and the order never was deliverd, I couldn't speak to anybody beacause the only answer was:
''We have found some potential candidates to take on your order. We are discussing all the details with them, and they will then have to accept or refuse the request. Once a PRO has been assigned, you will receive a notification here and via email. You will also be able to chat with the PRO.''
Like I bought a service ?!
And then they never react to me. Money gone, nothing in return for it. I hope they get sued for this.

The worst experience ever. I have never in my life encountered a worst customer service than theirs. They told me that the service gonna take 2-3 hours, we are currently at 12 hours and nobody cares about it. They are not answering anything neither the service nor the so called “pro”. They send a message sometime in the day offering me a 8$ cashback like it’s gonna fix anything. Soo the real question for everyone wanting to buy from them is “are you willing to lose your mind and patience over a bit cheaper price than other sites?” In my opinion it’s not worth it.
Very professional and quick with delivery. The process was as easy as place order and run around SW and wait 2 minutes. Safest way to get your gold by far. Will be back and would recommend to anyone looking for gold.
This service is legit and awesome. Im a single parent to my disabled son, I cant do what most do, which is grind. My love for video games and trying to be competitive in this age of gaming is hard. This service is a way for me to keep enjoying my hobby.
Borderline theft. I paid for express delivery of gold within WoW Classic which is advertised as deliverable within 5 - 60 minutes, here I am a week later fighting with a robotic customer service team giving me the same response ("Let me check" being their favourite) and receiving very little help. Upon requesting a refund, they do their very best to offer you another service in place of this one, but I don't see why I should when this is the easiest one to offer!
I had emailed their accounting team to process the refund as requested and I am getting the same nonsense responses and trying to offer alternative responses. Issue my refund now, this is beyond unacceptable now and it is insulting.
I do not recommend this service. For all travelers, they rely on third-party software to carry out their tasks while advertising that everything is done manually. Because of this, my account was permanently banned.
they are scammer I wrote a review asking for my payment and they respond to my review asking me to contact them on chat. when I contacted them on chat they ignored me . never buy a service from them and never work with them.

Got scammed by these fraudulent people trying to buy a hardcore wow leveler. They never got to my order and I asked for a refund but they kept dodging my refund with just buy our gold. If your thinking of buying from any leveling website, especially skycoach, DON'T do it. You'll lose everytime.
