BEWARE OF PRICE SWITCH. They are currently advertising a huge discount. I fell for it. Booked it. Confirmation email saying in progress. Next day cancelled for over booking. I called. So sorry but fave your booking/price/seats to another family but you could have same flight economy for over 2 times the original amount . 500 rose to 1289.
I booked a flight, i confirmed it by email about 15 minutes later and than I did not get my ticket. They said they already sold it to someone else. The person that i called with was very nice and helped me to a solution but I payed a lot more money because of this. It was also not possible to get my money back they said.
Skyjoytravels list fake prices, and pretend to create a booking, then call you to tell that the price is not available, though can book it for you for double the price, even more than Expedia, Priceline, or Google flights. Fake advertising, and baiting.
I was originally scheduled to leave DCA on 8/29/2023 but I changed my date to 9/8/2023 the first agent was very rude and gave me the incorrect additional amount I needed to pay. He put me on hold and never came back. I hung up and called back about 15 min later getting a different agent who was absolutely wonderful it took about 20 min but he was very helpful and kind however I do not remember his name but he was definitely an asset to SWA.
