This is the worst company i have delt with. I was told I was only paying $356 when they call me they said they was charging my card $700 because the price changed by the time they called me when I already payed the $356 I would not recommend this to anyone
They took my money from my credit card for a flight from MBJ to YYZ via American Airlines and I did not get a ticket! I emailed the company and was advised I would get the ticket 2 days before my travel date and it did not happen. I had to book another flight through another provider. This company is a scam. I sent an email to get a refund and nothing! I called and no one is taking my calls. Do not book with them!
Arthur Shelby helped me coordinate my changes when my original flight got cancelled. He took care of helping me find another alternative that worked at a price I could afford. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone! Very satisfied!
My experience with the company is great. I find the customer service to be remarkable, reminders and notifications were timely and relevant. The representative ( Arthur Shelby) was patient and very accomodating of questions and requests and effeciently communicated the necessary information.
