I ORDERED TWO VELUX BLINDS AND WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE RUNNERS FOR ONE OF THE BLINDS.DESPITE MANY UNSUCCESSFUL EMAILS THIS SITUATION HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED SEVERAL WEEKS LATER. VERY POOR SERVICE.
