I had a frustrating experience with the service. I bought skylights, and although the packaging said the remote was included, it didn't arrive. I emailed and received no response for over two months. The quick delivery allowed us to have a functional blind during the holiday season while the house was busy. It was easy to install despite the unclear instructions. However, it isn't a perfect match for the original. One drawback is the bulkier side rails that slightly reduce the window opening. Overall, the quality isn't as high, so I view this blind as a temporary fix.
