Book and online paid tothe airline…

Book and online paid to the airline Cyprus to Dubai,I received booking confirmation email and after few hours later booking cancellation email as well. However it was happened 01/October and today 09/ October. Still Nothing refunded hit to my account. My advice,If your using this application please keep backup money to still complete your happiness
